5-YEAR WARRANTY, KCMA CERTIFIED We offer a 5 year warranty & we’re certified by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturing Association Legacy Cabinets, Inc. warrants its cabinets for a period of 5 years and its drawers and hardware for LIFE against failure or defects for as long as the purchaser owns them and provided they are not removed from the original premises. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts only. The cost of removal, installation, and any incidental charges is the responsibility of purchaser. Legacy Cabinets, Inc. assumes no obligation for any consequential damages. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper storage, neglect, acts of God, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, warped items or improper installation. Additionally, this warranty does not cover wear or deterioration that results from natural aging, including expansion and contraction. Any incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind or nature are also excluded. This warranty does not cover discoloration such as lightening or darkening due to light exposure; natural or artificial. Age, lighting, and exposure to the elements all have an expected and natural effect on wood and are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects that are covered by this warranty. Though we do not anticipate any problem, we are cognizant of the investment you have made in Legacy Cabinets.
