Lost Your Password?

We realize you may misplace your login ID or lose your password to the site. If you have lost either, you may reset your password as well as retrieve your user name from the system via email. Before you reset: Please make sure you are not mistyping your username and password several times before you reset them.

To retreive your username or reset your password you must have access to the email address you have registered on the site.

1. click login button
2. click lost password button
3. enter your email address
4. check your email
5. in your email there will be a link to verify who you are. Click that link to receive a 2nd email. If the link does not work there is an alternate
    link that you can click to enter your username and an access code: THIS IS NOT THE NEW PASSWORD TO THE SITE. It only verifies
    you are actual member of the site.
6. after you have clicked the link in your first email, you will receive a 2nd email that contains your new password.
7. navigate to the site in your web browser and enter your username and new password from the 2nd email.
8. after logging in you may want to change your password to something of your choice. navigate to the User CP to do this.
